Went there in January: Mom dead, cancel service. Today: Cancel internet to security cameras. Do you also want to cancel the phone? WHAT?? I've been paying for a year for a phone in the garbage?!?! Went to a store, manager wouldn't help, wouldn't identify himself, got testy and rude and ejected me!!!
