Laying Wire for New Home Construction

We are building a home on a street serviced by xfinity. Our site preparation is beginning soon, and we will be opening a trench where power and internet cables will be laid.  Our home has an address, but is not built yet; however, now the wiring/conduit for internet needs to go in now (between the street and the home).

Will Xfinity provide the wiring/conduit for free?  If not, can we purchase it?  I've heard conflicting reports on whether or not we are allowed to install and pull the line with our contractor or if we need to have Xfinity perform the work.

I've tried the online Xfinity Support feature and couldn't get it to answer with anything useful.

what all of our system run on. As for the line install this will depend on local laws and policies. What can also be a concern is if it is a fiber and not a coax line.

It would be pleasure to take a look with you. Can you send us a direct message.
