HOW CAN I GET LATE CHARGES ON A AUTO-PAY ACCOUNT HELLO?

Did you recently set up Autopay? If so, it doesn't kick in until the 3rd month or 45 days.

I can definitely understand how this would be concerning. @Again is correct, Autopay can take up to 45 days to apply if you recently just signed up. If you did not just sign up for Autopay, we can definitely further look into this on our end. Please send me a Private Message including your first and last name as it appears on the account if so.
