Late charge for 9/27/20 bill
Comcast sent my monthly email about my bill on 10/1/20 but my bill is due on 9/27/20. They billed me a $10.00 late charge & sent a letter thru the mail when I am on paperless billing. I think this is really bad customer service when people are losing their jobs due to Covid!
