I just got an email about a survey. It said how likely am I to recommend, I said 10, and then I asked what was the reason for me contacting you guys tonight. I love the option said problem with something or another I have no problems. I want to check on my account and I want to speak to human.

Xfinity doesn't let you speak to a human unless you're about to cancel your account.
