Large green boxes and exposed wiring
What are they? we have several throughout the neighborhood. the boxes are NOT secure. They look like they should be covering the wiring, but they are NOT. They are unsightly. I have several photos and are happy to share.

Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention @user_88iay9! Those boxes are called utility pedestals, they absolutely should be closed, secure.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
