Landlord- Need Outside Line Moved
I am a landlord of house. i do not have xfinity or an xfinity account nor do i live at residence nor want to pay for services but i do need the xfinity line repaired and moved which is coming into house for the next tenant. can someone advise how to get an appointment for a tech to come out to this property addess and fix as well as move the current outside cable line where it comes into the property?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.
