Landline switch to Motorola G Play informed 48 hrs now told 10 days.

Try to get landline number transferred to new mobile Motorola G Play which only have 14 days to return. After 3 phone calls each representative tells me something different. First 2 call say it takes 48 hrs. 3rd call told me now 10 days issue ticket number. There seem to be misinformation given each time you call to follow through.
