landline service
My landline has Benn not fungtioniongnow for two weeks.......I called customer service, they did a restart and said they would contact me after the procedure to see if it is working. each time I called and they did the restart, I never was contacted. So I went online and now cannot reset my password. An email is supposed to be sent so I can reset but I never receive any email.....I am frustrated

Hi there, @user_usgsvj I'm very sorry for the trouble you are experiencing trying to reset your password. Are you getting any type of error message? Are you checking your SPAM to make sure the email is not going there?-Richard
