Landline not working
I can not get through to a person to figure out what the problem is with landline. It is going straight to voicemail. Missed important calls. Xfinity says there is an outage and will text when fixed. App says no outage. Troubleshooting says to restart modem which was done and when I call it says restart is in progress and it has been completed for a while and I can’t get past the recorded messages. Help!

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
