Landline is down and I need to forward calls to a cell number

So there is no dial tone on my landline and I use it for business, so I was wanting to forward the calls to my cell number but I don't know how to?

user_85fjnu Thanks for reaching out for help with your phone concern. To forward calls requires you to:
  1. Dial *72 and wait to hear the dial tone again.
  2. Dial the number where you want to have your calls forwarded.

This does require there to be a dial tone though which we need to look into. 

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
