Land damage due to installation of network lines

My lawn damage is estimated to have occurred around October of last year, when I first moved into my new home, your company and the gas company requested work on my backyard, I didn't check their finish as I've been dealing with interior repairs and Decorate. When I discovered the problem, it was already cold and I didn't want the workers to work outside in the cold winter, so I didn't bring it up until spring came. Now there are several large cracks in the ground that need to be backfilled. I hope someone can come and see if the network company's problem or the gas company's problem, thank you
