Lack of response through DM?

Hello,

I just posted in billing about a problem I was having. XfinityChelseaB replied and asked me to follow up through DMS. I had a DM conversation with XfinitySupport where I believe XfinityChelseaB was responding. I can no longer receive a response. Can someone please help?
