Lack of customer service

I have been with xfinity over 30 years and can't get my coax cable replaced. It took 3 sessions on live chat to get someone to show up and leaves after seeing the job. He said he would be back in 15 minutes, that was 3 hours ago. What is wrong with you customer service?
