Lack of “Customer Service”
How the [Edited: Language] do I get my adult son, on my mobile plan, a new phone? The store wouldn’t sell it to him because he’s not a manager on the account. There’s no way for me to make him a manager using the app. Tried to buy the phone online and that didn’t work. Online Chat told me they had system problems so I should call. No human picks up when I call - repeated offers to send me a link to chat. The absolute worst customer service. Clearly you have about five actual humans working there to take care of all customers.

@user_1fuh6m This is definitely not the experience we want for our valued customers. This link provides the directions on how to add an Authorized user to your account. Can you tell me where you are running into an error when trying to add your son as a Manager?
