Lack of any compassion or empathy
This is the 3rd time I have made this complaint as I keep getting an “Error” message. After getting our tv and internet disconnected yesterday which is my fault, I called Xfinity to ask if I could pay half and keep our service just through Christmas and th answer was no.My daughter has cried for 2 days. Her life is her tv. She only watches 3 or 4 channels but I have tried to hang onto xfinity and pay over $300 a month because it’s so important to her.She is gonna miss many Christmas specials. We have went through some rough times. My husband recently had to retire for medical reasons. We are all disabled individuals. You have ruined Christmas for us! I see your commercials for the good deeds you all do and now I wonder if any of that is true? I just
