Kung fu panda movie ticket issue

I received the email from xfinity about the free movie ticket, but when I sign in it doesn't show up in my rewards. I can see expired rewards but no other ones.

@DLM999 Thank you so much for your post letting us know you are not able to redeem the offer for Free Kung Fu Panda 4 Tickets. With this offer it was a very limited supply for the tickets available. This was an offer sent to every Xfinity rewards customer and there has been lots of interest. If you are not able to redeem the offer that would mean there are no longer any tickets available. Keep an eye out for more offers in the future as this one went fast due to opening weekend being this upcoming weekend for Kung Fu Panda 4!

(Read quickly before Comcast deletes it)

... this one went fast ...

"Went fast"? The "See Kung Fu Panda 4 on us" email was sent AFTER there were no tickets left! A competent company would know better. A reputable company would feel obligated to furnish tickets to everyone who received the email but was not able to claim the reward because the tickets were gone before the email was sent!

Some might call that fraud . . .

Agree 100%. Customer's time is wasted figuring out why the email is not working because everybody thinks "This is 2024, you don't need a ton of computing to match the number of tickets available to the number of emails, dah...!" Well, incompetence!

The whole thing was stupid.  Mine said redeem also and I was suppose to get a code for Fandago to use.  No code .. nada.  Waste of my time trying to figure this out but apparently other people having same issues.

@user_0n6hhh If you are not able to redeem the offer that would mean there are no longer any tickets available. We know this is a highly requested item, but we can advise to look out for more offers in the future.

Disappointed at how Xfinity handled this. This isn’t a “reward” as Xfinity claimed it to be. It’s showing I “Fully Redeemed” it however I didn’t even get it at all. So much for being a Xfinity member.

And the offer ‘gets worse’. Today I received an email saying that due to the shortness of tickets, I could use a code for a $25 gift card of my choosing.  But when I entered all that, I got a security alert that my submission was deemed not eligible!

Hello, @DLM999

Please be reminded that sending unsolicited Direct Messages to an Official Employee of the Xfinity Community Forum is a violation of Forum Guidelines. All Xfinity Rewards members can get up to two complimentary Fandango movie tickets to see DreamWorks Animation’s Kung Fu Panda 4, in theaters on March 8. Tickets are available while supplies last. Were you able to redeem the offer, is it missing or some error messages appearing?
