Kirkland/Bothell outage still under investigation after 10+ hours

My Xfinity internet in Kirkland/Bothell has been out for about 10 hours. The outage page still shows Under Investigation and Network Damage, and the text updates have not changed. I need a more specific outage update and planning window than the public status message.
