"keeping us connected"

if xfinity is suppose "to keep us connected" why have I not been able to sign into my account since 8:17 pm and now its 8:57 pm and still can't sign in, talk to a "real person" or get notication if its an outage in my area. The money I pay "to stay connected" I want a refund and xfinity need to change their logo/marketing cliche.  You're service is one of the worst.

Hi, latoya_! Thanks for posting. So sorry to hear you were having trouble with your services. Do you know if your area was experiencing an interruption? If so, we can look it up to confirm it and then we would be happy to apply an adjustment for the service being down.
