JUSTANSWER scamming XFINITY support site

I was trying to get an answer on-line when I was replacing my router.  I was stressing about how long it was taking.  When I asked for assistance I was routed to JUSTANSWER website.  They asked for money to respond to the question.  Still thinking I was working with XFINITY I stupidly responded with yes I would pay for an answer.     As soon as I did that I realized I was no longer working with XFINITY I was now talking to JUSTANSWER.  I cancelled the question.    But still got charged $53.00 for nothing,  and they were going to charge me $48.00 a month.  Fortunately they cancelled the monthly charge but refuse to refund the $53.00   Be careful when asking for support,  If you see the name JUSTANSWER get out as fast as you can, so you don't get scammed also.    I hope XFINITY can do something to prevent JUSTANSWER from hijacking their support line.
