Just was hung up on by tech support
I called 1800 number and waited 21 minutes for some one to pick up. When I explained my streaming system was working he told me he couldn’t help and hung up on me. Does anyone know how to get customer service help. I’m ready to drop com cast for good

Can you please elaborate on what's going on when you attempt to stream? Are you getting an error message/code when trying to stream a program or a movie?
