Just unbearable.

Been without a phone for almost a month now, countless visits to Xfinity store, hours with live chat and phone chat. How I got here? Reasons like below...

"Hi there Ujjwal. Can we please add contact phone number of [Edited: "Personal Information"] to ticket [Edited: "Personal Information"]"

"Thank you for waiting! I would like to share that I have added the notes to remove [Edited: "Personal Information"] from blacklist and your ticket will be closed today by end of the day"

Like [Edited: "Language"]? Not even close, like no, no no. 

I ask for a supervisor... 

(11:15 am): I am connecting your chat to my supervisor now as you requested.

Xfinity Assistant (11:15 am): Thank you for contacting us.

To top it off if you download the chat and look back.. It removes all the agent names and replaces with "Agent" "nullAgent" "nullnullAgent".

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
