Just starting and it's not looking good

I created an account just to write this review.

I live in an area with limited internet options.  My last service provider did not have the speeds needed, but Xfinity (Comcast) was available.

I started the process on the website which received website errors after ever Next prompt.  I got all the way to scheduling the install before it the refreshed and I lost everything.

I called to continue the set up.  At first, it was good and no issues.  Then came the failures setting up automatic payment.  Those failures continued until all browser cache was cleared.  Reading reviews this a normal occurrence.  After that I needed to set up the install.  The customer service representative kept referring me to install the App and follow the activation instructions.  I kept explaining to them that this I need a coax cable ran to my house.  They kept telling me to active the device with the app.  I called back and finally set up a tech to run a cable.
Wow.  I've heard Xfinity has bad customer service, but this was ridiculous.  I have phone records, literally 1 hour 31 minutes for basic internet setup.
