Just showing up

I would like who runs the show there? It seem you just tell us that you coming over. You don't make an appointment call and ask , nothing. we get a massage the night before to confirm are appointment , we didn't make any appointment. telling you are coming in the morning at 7:30 - 8:30am... what is wrong with you people?
