Just remove TV from Plan
I find it absolutely frustrating and discerning that on your website there is absolutely no way from me to remove something from my plan. Kind of funny that you may add whatever you want to an account, however, there is nothing, anywhere on the entire site about how to remove something. It will not even allow me to shop the internet plans to change the plan. I click on them and it just takes me back to my own internet plan. If this can not be done then I will just end my service entirely.

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
