Just need it connected?

Its been months.  I still have a cable running across the yard that is sure to get cut at some point or hurt someone. Meanwhile - I am pretty sure that the actual fiber optic cable that can be connected is already buried and ready for final install and then they can remove the cable laying on the lawn but after numerous support tickets,  I just cannot seem to get anyone to come to do this!

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
