just moved , need to activate new account !!

i just moved into my new place on 07/09/2025 with my grandchild and i made a tech appointment thinking we didnt need to self install but we did self install we just needed a coaxial cable and the internet has run fine same with phone. my grandchild did the moving process to the new address on the app and over the phone. we were given the tech appointment date of 07/13/2025 we could not wait so we looked and got the cable and thought that was that bc the internet and phone was working. so we tried to cancel the tech appointment and it did not get cancelled. the guy showed u and we told him sorry but we already installed. boy did i regret that i guess bc apparently it was needed to activate the new account or something... idk

so my grandchild called again and they said it wont let them move past without doing the appointment so we tried to reschedule for 07/28/2025 and no one showed up at all i dont even think it worked bc the order still said for the 13th and the agent did say he got an error. also my phone line stopped working a few days ago when i made the appt for the 28th. i mightve not transferred over my phone plan with the move i do not know.

but id really like to finish the moving process and activate my new account and fix my phone line please!!!

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
