In true Xfinity fashion, I just filled this out and it told me there was an issue and erased all
Company is a scam. Impossible to get a human, if you do, they will lie to get you off the phone. Two people told me they would credit my account for my internet being down several times in the last few weeks for absolutely no obvious reason. No credit was issued. Was told someone would reach out to share more about the issues lately, was given a link to FAQ page instead. Internet was out for almost my entire work day today and there’s absolutely no way to get a person. It says because you’re experiencing an outage you can’t talk with someone. Tells you to text a number to an AI bot that AI bot tells you to click a link and they can help and if not connect to an agent, they say due to the outage they can not connect you to an agent. You can only submit 2 credits yourself online, even though I’ve had several issues it blocks after 2. My internet is still untrustworthy, no explanations, no customer service, no promised credits, just wasted time, wasted money and high blood pressure.
