Just bought a new iPhone from Xfinity online

I have spent hours on the phone with Xfinity customer care, and I would rather say lack of service. Last time I bought an iPhone was from AT&T, and they sent out a customer service rep to my house to switch over my previous iPhone to the new iPhone.

But with Xfinity I’ve spoken to so many different service people who insist I do everything through their Xfinity assistant. WHAT? I’m sorry that I bought from them.
