Jurassic Park Movie Tickets

I received an email for 2 free tickets but when i clicked to get them every other kind of offer displayed EXCEPT that 1. The phone tree is absolute garbage and the only way i could get a live agent was to threaten to stop my service! That agent gave me what is supposed to be a direct dial # for the rewards team at 8005263268 but that # is dead.

There were a limited number of tickets and they were first come first serve, so if you didn't act at the time the email hit your Inbox you were out of luck - they went quickly.  Sorry.

@Again​ thanks for the input. Xfinity should state FCFS or limited availability on the email, not "redeem by 7/17" which is super misleading.

The redeem statement means "to use" by 7/17, not "to get" by that time.

Seeing that as the only indicator of ANY deadline or active window period is still very misleading. Thanks again for the answer and I'll address my further concerns with an xfinity rep.
