Junction box replacement

I'm on the HOA Board at my condominium community, we have multiple junction boxes in disrepair. I have not been able to connect with anyone at Xfinity to request that they be inspected, repaired or replaced. We have 46 independently owned condos within 5 connected buildings, I believe there are 5 outside junction or Distribution boxes total.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello @user_0c5a5a, thanks for reaching out for help on our forums! Are these junction boxes impacting service at these condo buildings? What is wrong with the junction boxes?

All of the box covers are off, cables hanging, critters building nests.

To gets started could you please send us a private message with your full name, business name, and the street address for the property?

To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:

• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3kajO4e
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

See https://comca.st/2XfS9FQ for an example.
