Junction Box Not Attached To House

Hi there,

My new construction home was completed in December, however internet service was connected earlier in the fall before siding was finished. Now, the junction box is laying on the ground. How can I get a technician out to mount it correctly and neatly on the house? I tried calling customer support, and could not get through the phone tree with this request. Thank you.
