Was a Comcast customer for years and was very happy until they suddenly increased my monthly payment. Had all my services turned off. Was contacted by you with a deal to come back. Not only is the service BAD with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE they say for ONLY this much more money each month I could get better service. I'm 75 years old on fixed income and they act like it's only money. I now paying 25% of my monthly income to XFINITY and have NO internet except in one room, TV reception nomes and goes hourly ( can't watch an entire show without problems, and my cellphone service comes and goes. Can be talking to someone and loose reception. XFINITY is not what COMCAST use to be. Service has gone to pot while the price has gone UP. Have been to the XFINITY Store's for help with no luck. They are only retailers with no service.
Tom Karinshak isn't a MANAGER. I managed in retail sales and in Corporate management and would fire employees for treating a customer the way I've been treated by XFINITY. Services is nowhere in your company and you should stand behind your services or shut your doors. The only employee who gave service go fired from XFINITY for giving service. I'm going to cancel all my services with XFINITY (TV, internet, cellphone) do to BAD SERVICE and NO HELP. JOSEPH [Edited: Personal Information]
