Jesup ga

I have been on chattoom twice in the last 9 days, gotten 3 appts ,1 cancelled, another changed to today and no one has been. No cable signal in living room for 9 days!! I have the download from Friday when appt. Was changed to today Aug 11th 8 to 10. No body has showed. I want a credit on my bill please for how ever many days total it ends up being . What is the problem. Thank you. I would like to speak with a supervisor.  Chat room is not getting it done.
