Ivr impossible
I am tired of calling for customer service and have to fight with the stupid ivr to get a human. It keeps sending me texts and I don't want to do it via text. I want to speak to a human. We have been with Comcast for many years but I think I will be getting rid of it and going back to satellite. It took me over 6 minutes today to finally get someone who was not helpful. Waste of time
