I've paid my bill WiFi still off it's at -50$

I've paid my bill and my WiFi has been off for 4 weeks now. I've talked to 7 different people on the phone from Xfinity including Tanush, Linda, Fatima and rishi. Not a single one has gotten my WiFi back on yet every single one says they're going to have it on within an hour, then disconnects my call. I've even paid 50$ more to try and get my WiFi back on. I'm genuinely at my wits end. This is completely ruining my work and I'm going to be fired. I need this fixed.
