I've never leased any equipment from Xfinity, yet I received a text requesting I return my Xfinity equipment.
I canceled my Xfinity Internet service on October 26th. I only had Internet service, and I used my own modem for the entirety of my time with Xfinity. I never leased any equipment. However, I just received a text indicating I still have Xfinity equipment. When I click the link, it says "Select the devices you'd like to return", but there's nothing listed so I cannot continue.
On this forum, it seems there are many others who had a similar problem. How can I get your system to understand I have no equipment so I don't receive any surprise bills in the future?
Thank you for your time as an Xfinity customer. It looks like you still have Xfinity equipment. See what you need to return: http://xfinity.com/returns Txt help or stop Msg&DataRatesMayApply

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
