I've never had one minute of service with now mobile and they're still charging me

Now mobile is charging me $25 every month even though I've never had a minute of service with them and this is been going on since December 29th of 2024 I have spent over 50 hours chatting and on the phone with various people and they all say they will take care of it I cannot delete my bank card off of my account and some more on told me today your Wi-Fi is prepaid it is not everybody over there is incompetent my next step is getting a lawyer and suing them for stealing from my account

You'd need to work with them through the Xfinity Assistant. I'll do all I can to help here though. To confirm, do you have a NOW Mobile account or NOW Wi-Fi Pass?
