I've just had my internet service disconnected even though I made arrangements a few days ago and no they won't let me talk to a live agent
Xfinity has disconnected my Internet service after I made prior arrangements and was told I would be ok until the 30th. Now when I try to call or use the chat function with Xfinity assistant it won't even allow me to talk to a live agent or give me any help at all.

This is ridiculous and I shouldn't be put through this it's forcing me to pay even though I already made arrangements.
