I've had a service outage for 5 days, since 1/8/2026. It hasn't been fixed, and I can't communicate with a live agent.

I've had a service outage for 5 days, since 1/8/2026. It hasn't been fixed, and I can't communicate with a live agent. When I call the customer service number, the AI tells me I can't chat with an agent until the outage is over. The outage has been going on for 5 days, and it is not being solved. 5 days with no TV signal at all, and I'm getting 20 MBs down instead of the 600 that I'm paying for. I have tried both on the phone, and the online chat, neither is letting me communicate with an agent.

How can I communicate with an agent to let them know about the outage, because it is clear the problem is not being fixed. 5 days is too long to sit around and continue waiting.

You can view the status of a service interruption affecting your area by logging into the Xfinity app or at the following link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/check-service-outage. Once service has been restored your can go to the following https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/credit-xfinity-assistant to request a credit for the downtime.
