You definitely posted publicly, which is very much appreciated; however; our Forum Expert @EG moved your post to a more appropriate board to get the help you need. Thanks for the work you do @EG. To make sure we take the appropriate next steps, I want to make sure we're on the same page, since that will dictate how we proceed. Is your service at all being impacted by the damaged pedestal? If not, I can create a ticket to have this investigated further.

Hi, no service is not being interrupted yet. But this supposedly houses the cables for 4-5 townhomes. Why can’t this eyesore be fixed? I mean it pretty bad…who would want this on their property? This is mostly a pedestrian alley now..children and dogs and cats. I don’t understand why this isn’t fixed and why it would have to be escalated in order to get fixed?
