I've been hacked

My phone lines has been hacked and they have gotten into my cash app and chime and empty my bank account. I still haven't gotten a resolution since this happened yesterday 7/11/26. I stayed on the phone using my sister's phone with Xfinity constantly transferring me to different departments all day from 1pm to 10pm and still didn't solve anything. The hacker was able to add two devices to my sim data which made it to where I can't place calls or text or receive them nor can I use WiFi calling. This is a mess. The store I went to before even calling claim they are now only a 3rd party seller and don't handle the tech stuff anymore. From the looks of previous posts this has been happening and Xfinity has not solved their security problems. I will probably be changing service because this is ridiculous. After all that time trying to get my lines back working they proceeded to tell me I'm going to have to go to the store. Like how can a store have more access to do anything if the tech department on the phone can't fix it?

Hello, @mathiarobinson121485 I know these types of situations are a huge inconvenience and very stressful. Especially if you've called and spent a ton of time on the phone. Visiting an Xfinity Store sounds like our best bet to get the phone working. You can also work with our Customer Security Assurance team on the security concern.
