I've already asked for my outage credit requests to be enabled again, and continue to have multiple outages per week

I have already contacted Xfinity regarding a prior outage.  At the same time, I asked to be able to enter my own credit requests again at this link:  https://www.xfinity.com/support/account-management/credits/outage/details.  They said it would be corrected shortly (I have the conversation log).  But now, I have had 3 separate internet outages this past week (June 9-14) and still do not have access to enter my outage credit requests.  I've seen other posts in the forum where people got that access corrected, as two entries for the life of the account is absolutely ridiculous.  Then, I'd also like to get the proper credit for the instances of outages.  Otherwise, how else will Xfinity take the need for a reliable connection seriously in my neighborhood?  Oh wait, they won't, because it's the only available option, but that's a separate complaint for another time.  Currently, I have two requests... 1) unlock my outage request capability so I don't have to message support every couple of days.  and 2) please grant me the credit for the multiple outages I've had this past week.

Way to completely ignore addressing my concerns and direct me to an inbox that isn't even responsive.
