It seems like totally dead equipment
I have had the same Motorola box for so long that I don't even remember how long I have had it. I had one that stopped working several years ago. In each instance, the yellow light began flickering at times before it stopped working altogether. When I have tried to use any of the online troubleshooting, they were essentially worthless. I tried to contact support on both the phone and chat assistance. I don't feel like you're even being addressed by a person in either instance, rather just passed around by computer menus. I suppose I need to get pack up the stuff and take it in to one of their stores since I can't get anywhere with it. I used to think their customer service was lousy. Little did I know it could actually be worse.
