It is SO HARD to contact someone
Chat bots and the FAQs are USELESS.
I want to report repeated email phishing scams and there is NO apparent way to do that.
The text of the email is the same - and includes an .html attachment they want you to dowloand - but they change the email address it is coming from.
I know this is wack a mole, but it would be nice to be able to report these things so someone in programming can improve the spam filter to at least catch these known items and possible track these SOBs down.
I know, it is yelling into space because NO one will do anything anyway.

@timbuk2, Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention! I definitely understand how something like this can be frustrating and it would be my pleasure to guide you through the process of getting these emails reported to the Customer Security Assurance team.
Our Customer Security Assurance (CSA) team makes sure you have a safe online experience. These security professionals handle issues like phishing, spam, infected computers (often called bots), online fraud, and other security issues. You can start the investigation process with CSA by going to their web page or you can call 1-800-Xfinity and one of our agents can assist you with getting you over to one of our CSA agents.
Please let me know if you have any questions in regard to the information I just provided.
