IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT A REPRESENTATIVE ON THE PHONE
Where are thier agiensts? I'll tell you. They decided to replace REAL PEOPLE with an underdeveloped AI program that DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO DO IT'S JOB.
Vesting in REAL people is not a priority for Xfinity. Xfinity shows this by how they replace jobs with artificial intelligence, and expect their customers to get by with all of thier inquaries with a AI program that cann't do the job of a real person, all in the name of saving money so they don't have to pay REAL PEOPLE a livable wage to sit on the phone and handle cutomer support issues.
They don't trust their AI to make sales deals with new customers, but they think it works for customer support?
I have tried to contact a real person for billing issues for the last 2 and a half months now. Guess where it got me? No where! Because Xfinity doesn't care about their customers enough to connect me with a REAL person that can help me with my issues. That is why they program their AI agent to never let me talk with a REAL PERSON on a phone call!

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
