It is impossible to cancel the service

I have tried calling, chatting with the agent and nothing has worked. I am unable to cancel the service.

When I try to schedule a call to cancel the service it says "we're having some trouble scheduling a callback".

Do I have to file a case or something somewhere to cancel this. I am at my wits end.

Please help
