issues with the last 2 membership freebie movies not showing up after i claimed them

I claimed the freebies for the movies game night and miss congeniality. so far neither have shown up in the purchases section of the Xfinity steam app or website. so don't know what is going on. my understanding is that after you claim it they should show up in the purchase section within a few hours

Good evening @Liverpoolfanster! Once redeemed, the movies should appear within 24 hours. Typically, they do appear within 2 hours. How long ago were they redeemed?
