Issues with peacock premium

I'm trying to activate the complimentary peacock premium subscription but I'm getting the "your xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account." error. I only have one peacock account, associated with the same email address as my xfinity account.

I am sorry for the frustration and would be happy to see where things are at with the transfer of your Peacock accounts from your old account to your new account. This way we can get this resolved for you. To get started, please send me a direct message with your full name and both your current and old address. 

 

To send a "Direct Message":

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (it looks like a text bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
