Issues with my Bill [Edit]

[Edited: "Inflammatory"]. 3 separate times I was on chat with these people trying to clear up one of Xfinity's CONSTANT overcharges and they dragged the chat on for over 2 hours all 3 times. I was told the matter was taken care of, and of course, I get my bill and nothing they said was done got fixed or taken care of. [Edited: "Inflammatory"]
